Recruitment Partners &Co works in partnership with Harrods to secure exemplary standards of temporary staff for the iconic Harrods Christmas and Summer Sales.

We pride ourselves in attaining the highest possible standard of person to support the permanent teams in their roles over these periods across all areas and departments throughout the store.

RP&Co work closely with the Harrods teams in order to ensure that each department’s specific needs and requirements are met.

Our History

Recruitment Partners &Co was created to supply recruitment services to the Harrods group.

The company was built and developed by the TBC Management team whose experience in supplying specialised services to Harrods for the last 30 years grants an invaluable structure on which to build the business.
